Hi, Sara here! I'm a service designer and user researcher with an eye for opportunity and a penchant for problem-solving. I enjoy diving deep into all sorts of problems, coming up with innovative solutions and building prototypes, even in my day-to-day life.

I love listening to everyone I meet. I like envisioning their stories and empathising with their troubles, and getting to do it at work to deliver user-centric solutions is one of my greatest joys in life!
